About the event
Strategic Growth
We will explore your organisation’s purpose, review your organisational context, identify your organisations strengths and weaknesses, to provide you with a strategic plan and suporting objectives.
The programme includes:
● 4 group workshops of 6 hours duration delivered at four weekly intervals
● A site visit to each organisation after the first workshop
● Three one hour online consultation / progress meetings at intervals of your choosing
